Sold dreams
I bought Genesis Iron power steam so it’s called 2025-07-11 Kimberley Game.
I returned the iron sometime last year October complaining it keeps on tripping the power off
I was given another iron
Within 4 months the iron still does the same thing.
I need a refund of my money because no ways
Horrible horrible quality !!!

The option available is repair.We are very sorry to hear that you are still experiencing the same fault. Kindly return the unit to the store or our service centre so that it can be assessed again.
