I was told to go in store and do an exchange, when I got to the store the sales person said I purchased an online demo and he doesn’t have stock and he is unable to assist me. He then called Roseline from head office who told me that they did not send the pan damaged it might have been the couriers and the only thing they can do is to refund me or send the pots back and I must wait for 15 days or more to get them. I told her I don’t want a refund I just want the post and I can’t drive back here again to pick up the pots when they arrive because I don’t leave around Tygervalley and that this is really an inconvenience for me. She said then there’s nothing else that she can, she kept on speaking over me I even asked her to give me an opportunity to speak but she ignored me and kept on repeating that we can just refund you. I had to give the phone back to the sales guy person because she was just not giving me the chance. I am very disappointed with the service from Verimak, no one wanted to take accountability Roseline just kept on blaming the couriers. I did not even get an apology from the lady she kept on saying it must’ve been the couriers who damaged the pan.
I am very upset! I bought a full meal from pedros zevenwacht in Cape Town. I asked them nicely for a well done lemon and herb full chicken, the meat I got was raw and looks like it wad boiled and then they poured sauce over it. I am ****ed off by the fact that the meat of the people who set down was nicely made, but because I was buying a takeaway they didn't care, I feel ****** and I am really angry. This was supposed to be our supper but now everyone in the house is just staring at their food. I wish I could upload the picture of this meat so that you see how teer2it looks.
