A Verimark Knysna iron packed up during one year guarantee. While they repaired it we bought another identical one as they look good. That then also packed up so we reverted to the repaired one. Which then packed up too. They now want R1000 to fix both irons as they are out of 1 year guarantee period. We objected. We threatened to go public. They don't seem to care.
Another upgrade complaint. In January 23 a consultant offered to extend my contract for another 2 years and said the deal was better that the existing one and cheaper at R279. Two months later they are still dithering and promising to pass credits … which never happens. It appears they use a subcontractor to deal with complaints where there is no continuity to emails and complaints. I had a contract that was simply changed to a prepaid deal for overseas calls … without advising me of the change. They promised to fix this issues … I’m still waiting. Promises and apologies don’t fix issues !
