Dear Customer Service at Makro, I purchased the displayed device on August 4th, 2025, which functioned well until September 4th, 2025, when it completely broke that’s now 31days. I tried calling ASUS they told me to take the device to where I bought it I tried texting them thinking try why could help too. The issue caused significant work-related damage, including losing all assignments and work projects, and led to being booked for a disciplinary hearing due to my underperformance loss of critical information for the bank. After I returned the device, I was notified to pick it up and that it had been repaired. I was never updated on the device regarding what was repaired, and I received a threatening note stating that it would be sold should I not pick it up. I once again requested the answer to the device report, offering no solution, to which I lost the report. I need to resolve my issue to get back to work and requested a different device, as I had three weeks of work to catch up on over the weekend. I chose a laptop to avoid escalating the situation any further as the jack and my in-store manager had a different understanding of the situation than me. The manager claimed I would get a call from the manufacturer. I have had poor communication from them. I was rudely spoken to on the call, which further escalated my situation and was detrimental to my studies and exam marks. Please call me and help me. I am about to lose my job and my studies this is not fair. All I asked was for a different device for the amount I paid I don’t think it’s fair I am suffering like this. I’ve purchased a lot more devices with Makro and I was happy I really am so angry.
On the Fri, May 2, 12:23 PM i sent an email to cancel a mess of a policy which i initially took out and now after 3 months our details where scrambled up the policy appeared as if my son is the one who took it. I called i was told there was a data migration and i need to email them to fix it. i did that now after all this struggle i couldn't get anything resolved i have now since asked for the policy to he stopped and they have now i have waited for nothing i dont have my money now this morning i was on a call with a gentleman telling me its my fault that its delayed and i will have to wait again until sometime next week to get my money i need to travel home botswana and i need my money for that i have a funeral to attend to tomorrow the 21 June 2025. I hate this nonsense that's happening because i have tried to be really patient i dont want this
I am sick and tired of being stranded because of this admin charge How can i be paying almost R1000 for my banking service fees, really??? i couldn't buy my son bread this afternoon because you already want to deduct R1000 for service charges?? This is got to be the worst bank ever, why??? When did R250 now get to be R1500 banking charges? Why!!!! I think I made the wrong decision by moving to this bank, seriously. You have never not once given me peace of mind just stress i dont know what i was doing thinking i would survive baking with you
I've moved over now to Absa since last year and I am looking at my bank statement it states I'm paying for the monthly account fee that was explained to me i understand that. Now there is this admin charge that you keep debiting off my account i don't understand it and I do not want it. amounts of R277.25, R71.26, and R114,75 what are these for why do you guys just do what you want in our accounts like this?? I moved banks because the other bank was doing this and worse now I'm here 3 months in and I am paying for things I don't know about and never gave consent on. I would like a response so I can decide whether I am staying with you or not. I checked my documentation on my account and I don't see any place where they mention that I will have to pay a monthly admin charge i would have opted not to move my salary here as I cannot afford to pay for the account fee plus an admin fee that I don't know about.
So i have no other options left after buying windows codes and only 5 worked the one didn't work so I asked for assistance exactly a month ago and to date no response. I tried calling no luck making me look so stupid as i was doing this for a client an entire month to respond a support email hai le worse than South Africans Load shedding
So i bought my son a drone online nd it was a 998 Pro Micro Foldable Drone Set with dual cameras and it was R785.00. Apon delivery i recieve a Sky97 Drone Set that is R 615 absolutely different everything and the money paid. So i go on log a return on the 1st of June no one has reponded me. then i go online on the site to check for the item ive purchased they have changed its description and luckily i have screen shots of my previous order. Now the item that is R615 is now R793 with a decription Foldable Micro Drone Set-998 that is almost similar to what i ordered they only ommited the few words and changed around its description which initially was 998 Pro Micro Foldable Drone Set. So take alot are selling one item different descriptions different prices they do not even car that we check the specs when we make purchases. Now my sons birthday is over he didnt get a gift i am stuck trying to return this thing and no one is respon**** to me really disappointed
