No response on failed R26k Evo battery
Sent an Evo 5.7 kwh lithium battery with 10 year warranty, in for on 16 March for suspected fault inspection, at my cost, impossible to get a response or reply . Waiting 1 month!

The way Showspace.co.za do things they seems like a **** because they are untrusted, imagine till today they never respond and they contact is not working is anyone had a same problem please advice what to do

Angry is an understatement, at this point i am livid, i do not understand why i havent received my order from the 22nd of December and when i try to track my order, its showing theres no orders while ive paid in full and when i call no one answers please get back to me ASAP or process my refund now!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠🤬🤬

Utterly poor service
The worst online company ever. They send you broken items. They dont answer there phones, they give you always lame excuses on email when they evetually reply, maybe once a week..its been almost a month now and still strugging to get my item replaced. .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. U WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED
