No response on failed R26k Evo battery
Sent an Evo 5.7 kwh lithium battery with 10 year warranty, in for on 16 March for suspected fault inspection, at my cost, impossible to get a response or reply . Waiting 1 month!0 replies

Bad Service
Unbelievably bad Service and response from this company on backup of Totai gas products. Numerous follow ups over at least one month... for a small credit (due to their lack of interest) have yielded nothing to date! It's not the value of the credit,it's just the principle of the matter.0 replies
