Pathetic. Do not ever use these people. Firstly we have been paying for months for a 200mps dedicated line and only recieving an average of 45mps. Last week was told the modem can't handle the speed. Had to pay R199 for over night courier fees and the modem arrived 4 days later. Now our internet is off because Evotel now has to link the new modem and upgrade the line ( that we've been paying for) so we must just sit without fibre for the next 24 to 72 hours. I have requested they tell me the exact date we upgraded to the 200mps line and they ignore my request. Pathetic Pathetic service. Do NOT use them

Pathetic. Do not ever use these people. Firstly we have been paying for months for a 200mps dedicated line and only recieving an average of 45mps. Last week was told the modem can't handle the speed. Every night my service is disrupted en my internet speed drops from 100mbs to almost nothing, and there is only 1 connected devices at a time. They increase their price but then worsen their service. I am starting to look for another internet provider.

I took data on March 18.They told me I only had to pay R460 for those 12 days which I did.I never pay for April which I did use.They cut me off 2 May.Now they want me to pay May and June which I never use because you pay a month in advance.Today I got a bill for R5000.My monthly fee is R1018.For using data for 30 days is R5000.Make it make sense.I am now going to legal channels to report them.

I am deeply disappointed by the drastic decline in service quality over the past three months. As a customer of over seven years, I have never experienced such poor support. We are currently on day four of an internet outage, right after enduring a two-week period with no Wi-Fi. I have repeatedly contacted your agents, but none have been able to resolve the issue. The disruption and frustration this is causing my family have forced us to make the decision to cancel our service, and it's really disappointing to part ways this like.

Everytime your supposed to pay it's a nightmare, their link will redirect you to some useless portal that doesn't even recognise your credentials. You have to change passwords everytime you log in and they can't even assist you with anything cause they are never available. Vuma must do something and their network goes off anytime now I can't work because of this useless network.
