I am deeply disappointed by the drastic decline in service quality over the past three months. As a customer of over seven years, I have never experienced such poor support. We are currently on day four of an internet outage, right after enduring a two-week period with no Wi-Fi. I have repeatedly contacted your agents, but none have been able to resolve the issue. The disruption and frustration this is causing my family have forced us to make the decision to cancel our service, and it's really disappointing to part ways this like.
I had a great experience with the consultant who sold me the insurance, but the after sales team / call center team is horrible. They literally have I don't care attitude, whether or not you stay with the company, they won't be bothered. To them you are just one of many.
Their consultant was very professional, she understood the product she was selling, very patient and always giving additional explanation so that I understand clearly what I’m being charged for and what is excluded.
Thanks to Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department for an excellent service. She managed to provide me with a very competitive quote for my household insurance. Very professional and patient, and provided me with detailed information on what the policy covers, the benefits and the seamless claims process. You are really shining the Discovery light high.
So I go to ToysRus Woodmead to buy a pressie. As they offer free wrapping paper, there I am measuring and cutting to wrap it. One of the shop assistants is standing there starring at me, then tells me I'm wasting paper, that's too much paper I'm using? . So I ask her "do you want to help me"? and she goes NO you do it yourself!!! Like what the hell!!?? You offer an added free service for your customers to wrap for themselves, then have the nerve to stand there and tell them you are watching them, like I'm gonna steal the damn paper!!???
