Pathetic service
Everytime your supposed to pay it's a nightmare, their link will redirect you to some useless portal that doesn't even recognise your credentials. You have to change passwords everytime you log in and they can't even assist you with anything cause they are never available. Vuma must do something and their network goes off anytime now I can't work because of this useless network.

Horrible service
They don't respond to emails when you want them to remove their device even when your selling your car they want to force it on you. Even today I am still waiting for feedback

Avon Credit useless
Horrible service, I emailed called and sent to their credit control who fail to send me my paid up letter. Their call center they can't even assist they keep telling me they reach credit department via email. What ridiculous service is that?

Retirment Annuity
My mother passed on and her annuity clearly states we are supposed to get what is left on her pension sanlam does not what to give us a detailed statement of account they dont want to pay out what is left. They keep giving us the runaround wish my mom stayed with Nedbank sanlam is the worst their service is filth.

Their drivers never call they don't update clients. Shein must stop using this horrible courier. Their service is poor, you can't even reach them they don't even care about customers and their drivers lie about vehicle breakdown. I have never experienced such with buffalo they were the best. Shein better let us choose which courier we want to use because this one is not it at all. I regret even buying anything from Shein because of how horrible the service I have received. They won't even pick up calls at their useless customer service.
