The experience of a minor claim I.e. Tyre claim. It turned out to be such a nightmare, I was moved from pillar to post. The process was unnecessarily long due, restricted to the chat alone. Miway Blink isnβt available to reach telephonically for escalations. Sent an email to expressed concerns on how my claim was being dealt with and why, to which I received no response. It was truly frustrating at some point it didnβt feel like I was dealing with a reputable company but felt like a ****. Eventually I got through to Nomhle Mabe on the chat, whom I expressed my great dissatisfaction to and how I wondered how the experience for a comprehensive claim would be like if this is my experience over a minor claim, she stayed on the chat until I was satisfied with the outcome and answered all my questions definitively without hesitation like they had been in the past.
