Seamless claims capture and processing. The whole claims process was conducted online through the Blink by Miway app and WhatsApp thus saving me time and money by not being on the telephone for long. Rito Maluleke the Claims advisor, was exceptional with being patient with me and detailing the required information and providing updates on the claims process

I would like to commend Latisha for her excellent service while assisting me with a vehicle quote. Although the quote was higher than expected, she went out of her way to try and get me a discount. She was also very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout the process.
