Seamless claims capture and processing
Seamless claims capture and processing. The whole claims process was conducted online through the Blink by Miway app and WhatsApp thus saving me time and money by not being on the telephone for long. Rito Maluleke the Claims advisor, was exceptional with being patient with me and detailing the required information and providing updates on the claims process

I received excellent service from Dimakatso Mokoena with the updating of my insurance policy. She was very friendly and energetic and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions, returned my call when we were cut-off and updatted me every step of the way. Dimakatso a great asset to the MiWay team.
