I would like to commend Latisha for her excellent service while assisting me with a vehicle quote. Although the quote was higher than expected, she went out of her way to try and get me a discount. She was also very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Rude agents
Requested a call on Tuesday to take out funeral cover, never received a call the entire week, today a sales agent calls me and says she is phoning for the funeral cover, I then tell her I already have cover, this agent has a nerve to ask me oh why did you request a call back if you already have cover. This is extremely rude I’m so thankful I didn’t take cover with Old Mutual if this is the customer serve we get. Absolutely disgusting

Third Party Claim resolved without hassles dealing with Siphosihle Weyitile
I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Siphosihle Weyitile. She remained calm and professional every time I asked multiple questions and requested feedback. I understand I may have been quite persistent at times, but she consistently assisted me with patience and responded politely throughout the process. I was genuinely surprised at how quickly my third-party claim was approved. I had expected the process to take 4–6 months; however, once Siphosihle took over, she assisted me efficiently, and my claim was resolved within the second week. Thank you once again for your outstanding assistance — it is truly appreciated.

Unhappy Customer
You guys don’t even deserve rating at this point, for the past two weeks I’ve been logging calls backs and sending messages to cancel my contract ! Till date nobody contacts me. You guys rather keep me on hold for longer than 5 minutes ?? Surely you should treat your customers the way you’d like to be treated. Absolutely not happy with the service from Netstar!
