Unhappy Customer

You guys don’t even deserve rating at this point, for the past two weeks I’ve been logging calls backs and sending messages to cancel my contract ! Till date nobody contacts me. You guys rather keep me on hold for longer than 5 minutes ?? Surely you should treat your customers the way you’d like to be treated. Absolutely not happy with the service from Netstar!
