Every night my service is disrupted en my internet speed drops from 100mbs to almost nothing, and there is only 1 connected devices at a time. They increase their price but then worsen their service. I am starting to look for another internet provider.
I payed for electricity but have not received my token. I contacted them, but they are not replying to me at all.
I ordered 3 items on their black Friday specials but only received 1 item through amarex couriers. Both refuse to help me find where my missing 2 items are as they said I signed for a completed delivery even though I informed the driver, amarex witbank and toys r us that I have products missing before I even signed. They said at that moment that they would deliver the other products on Wednesday the 3rd of December 2025. Still nothing and no help from both parties.
They delivered 1 of 3 boxes of my Toys r us order and sent me a message that the delivery is completed. I tried phoning, whatsapp, email and website chat and they do not answer.
I needed to buy a laptop for work purposes today and payed with my bank card, the transaction declined on the card machine but the money was taken from my account and have not been refunded due to the transaction stating "pending" So I asked for a refund or the product, on which I was informed that its not policy as they do not have proof that I paid even after I showed them my bank statements as well. The fault is not with my bank but with your system, so I paid for nothing? I was then told that if the money somehow returned to my account, how would they know that I would come pay them? I could offer my proof of residence, my id card , the back statement and all. So yes I am upset that I paid for something I am not going home with and its not even my fault. Middelburg, Mpumalanga hi-fi corporation, your area manager lost you a sale and if my money is not returned by tomorrow, you will face legal action.
Like eskom, you never disappoint neh. I am paying for a service that is not working and now you want to increase the prices.
I have visted Suzuki middelburg service department yesterday for 29,000 km service for my Suzuki baleno. On arriving first to the dealership which my car was first in line I only receive my car back half past 17:30 in the evening although I asked to have my car back by 16:00 It does not take 10 hours to service and to wash a car and the only reason I'm not doing it in myself it's because it has a service plan. This is also the second time this has happened and that's why I'm writing this post. I am very disgusted on the level of service from this branch and if it was up to me I would never visit them again and I'll tell all my friends and family to never buy a car from Suzuki as after sales service sucks. And also just for some information the wash Bay didn't even clean my car properly as they is many spots on the body and inside that I had to clean myself.

0 stars. I had a outstanding balance on a loan, they handed me over to Revco and Revco sent me an email that if I pay before end of March I will get a 20% discount . I paid and sent proof of payment on the 25th of March 2024. Now FNB doesn't acknowledge the discount and I must pay the outstanding amount. You are ****s and this is a new kind of low.
Asked for a quote from the Middelburg Mpumalanga branch, they can't as their systems are down since December 2023, asked for a hand written quote so we can still do business, manager said they can't. So in the beginning of a new year, they don't want to do business at all. Very disappointing.
