Tiger Wheel & Tyre Strubens Valley I had a puncture repaired yesterday afternoon by TWT Strubens Valley. I was informed that my Tyre Pressure Monitor on the wheel is at 0.2 but it will reset itself. It didn't reset itself. This morning the tyre ran flat while I was driving (as my monitoring system was not working, but I presumed TWT knew how to do a puncture repair.... silly me) and now needed to replace the tyre as it was damaged. Both Christo, & JP from TWT were on the back foot with this and have subsequently rejected all responsibility, even though the Tyre Pressure Monitoring system was working before I visited them yesterday, hence why I knew something was wrong. I am now a tyre pressure sensor down, plus over R11000 on tyres. I didn't ask for TWT to cover the tyre replacement costs, but just to replace the sensor.... Obviously they won't. For safety of your families on the roads and reliability, definitely Tyre Mart in Randpark Ridge is the place to be. I have been a regular with TWT... wait.... I HAD been. Disgusted, to say the least.

Sometime last week I got a R250 ticket for worn out tyres. I was fortunate not to get a bill of R500 to R1000 cause I pleaded my case. However this ****ed me off cause I have a standing case with Tyger Wheel and Tyger Rivonia for selling me poor quality Tyres. Some context, I went to them in November to buy Tyres, I asked them for budget friendly tires cause at the time I did not have money to spend on Tyres. I even used payjust now to get these tyres. Now I have bought budget friendly tyres from them before and they've gone on to last me for more that 3 to 4 years, traveling long distances in all kinds of Terrain. However these Tyres were completely finished by January 2026 after having bought them in November 2025. These Tyres did not complete a full 2 months and they were gone. I've bought Tyres many times over the years but never in my life has such ever happened. The longest distance travelled with these tyres was 382 killometers from Sandton to Nelspruit. During this time I was not carrying any loads or doing anything that would justify this type of Wear and tear. Now granted I had not done wheel alignment as I was going to fix my V-Arm and I explained this to them but by the time I had come back to do the alignment the tires were gone. I am not an Uber driver or a person who uses the car to make a living nor do I go to the office everyday. So there is absolutely no way this makes sense. It's now May with these tyres and now they are completly gone hence tickets. I used to receive updates about my issue but now things have gone silent. I guess the assumption is that I will let it go. Tyres are too expensive to simply just buy new onces especially in this economy. I am a loyal customber and generally get my Batteries and Tyres from them, they know this cause I am on their system. I need replacement tyres else if they not going to do that then they must say so, so that I know how to proceed going forward. I have no issues with the sales person who sold me the tyres. He's a great guy and actually helped me with a claim I had with COJ. So great guy but I do have issues with the Tyres I was given, and NO i AM NOT LETTING THIS GO.

Tiger Wheel and Tyre Nelspruit CBD. Had a pleasant experience with Vusi the sales person, however the ladies who assisted when we had to make payment made the experience quite unpleasant. Would highly recommend they work on their customer service.

Dear Target Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Sandton city brunch location in Sandton. I visited the store intending to purchase four tires for my car. Although I was assured that I would be assisted promptly, I was left waiting for a considerable time. During my wait, a white family arrived, and staff immediately attended to them, despite my having been there first. This situation felt like racial profiling, and I am appalled by the disparity in treatment. I hope you take this matter seriously and respond with a commitment to fair service. Its been 2 months and to date my money had been taken however I still have not received my online voucher that I have bought. I have spoken to your chat line a few times and was assured I would be called but I get nothing. I'm sent in circles and im getting irritated. I want to use the voucher and when I actually have time to do my personal admin, I am not able to due to inefficiencies. Please contact me and give me what you guys have taken my money for
