Dear Target Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Sandton city brunch location in Sandton. I visited the store intending to purchase four tires for my car. Although I was assured that I would be assisted promptly, I was left waiting for a considerable time. During my wait, a white family arrived, and staff immediately attended to them, despite my having been there first. This situation felt like racial profiling, and I am appalled by the disparity in treatment. I hope you take this matter seriously and respond with a commitment to fair service. Sincerely, Jordan Ndlovu
This letter serves as a formal, urgent, and final complaint regarding Skynet’s gross negligence and failure to deliver my RTMC vehicle license disc under **Waybill ********494. On Monday, 22 December 2025, I received an official Skynet SMS confirming that my RTMC vehicle license disc was out for delivery and instructing me to ensure availability with ID. I comp**** fully. Despite this, no delivery attempt was made — no phone call, no SMS, no doorbell, and no physical visit. Three days later, the parcel remains falsely marked as “out for delivery.” I have been effectively confined to my home, unable to travel, because Skynet has failed to perform a basic courier function. On 24 December (Christmas Eve), after waiting 45 minutes on hold, I spoke to a consultant (Thuli) who falsely claimed the driver was at my address at 11:00. This is untrue. I received no communication whatsoever. I demanded that she contact the driver. I was then promised delivery after 14:30, which did not occur. I called again and waited over 30 minutes, only to be transferred to a driver who admitted that he did not have the parcel with him, laughed when challenged, and disconnected the call. This behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. After waiting a further 45 minutes, I was again assured delivery after 17:00. Once again, no delivery took place. This parcel contains a government-issued vehicle license disc. Due to Skynet’s failure, I am now forced to drive with an expired disc, exposing me to traffic fines, harassment, and legal penalties through no fault of my own. FORMAL DEMANDS 1. Immediate delivery today OR immediate authorization for collection from the Pretoria branch 2. Full refund of the courier fee should I be forced to collect the parcel myself, as Skynet has failed to render the paid-for service 3. A written explanation for the falsified delivery attempt record 4. Disciplinary action against the driver involved 5. Written assurance to RTMC and the Department of Transport that corrective measures have been implemented Failure to resolve this matter immediately will result in escalation to RTMC, the Department of Transport, HelloPeter, and relevant oversight bodies, and I reserve the right to pursue further remedies for costs, inconvenience, and legal exposure incurred. This conduct is unacceptable, dishonest, and damaging, particularly given the statutory nature of the document involved. I expect urgent resolution without further delay.
