Tiger&Wheel racial profiling
Dear Target Customer Service,
I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Sandton city brunch location in Sandton. I visited the store intending to purchase four tires for my car. Although I was assured that I would be assisted promptly, I was left waiting for a considerable time. During my wait, a white family arrived, and staff immediately attended to them, despite my having been there first. This situation felt like racial profiling, and I am appalled by the disparity in treatment. I hope you take this matter seriously and respond with a commitment to fair service.
