Tiger Wheel & Tyre

TWT strubens Valley dont know how to fix a puncture...
Tiger Wheel & Tyre Strubens Valley I had a puncture repaired yesterday afternoon by TWT Strubens Valley. I was informed that my Tyre Pressure Monitor on the wheel is at 0.2 but it will reset itself. It didn't reset itself. This morning the tyre ran flat while I was driving (as my monitoring system was not working, but I presumed TWT knew how to do a puncture repair.... silly me) and now needed to replace the tyre as it was damaged. Both Christo, & JP from TWT were on the back foot with this and have subsequently rejected all responsibility, even though the Tyre Pressure Monitoring system was working before I visited them yesterday, hence why I knew something was wrong. I am now a tyre pressure sensor down, plus over R11000 on tyres. I didn't ask for TWT to cover the tyre replacement costs, but just to replace the sensor.... Obviously they won't. For safety of your families on the roads and reliability, definitely Tyre Mart in Randpark Ridge is the place to be. I have been a regular with TWT... wait.... I HAD been. Disgusted, to say the least.

Vodacom

Vodacom deleting orders and then do nothing
I recently moved and was, at first, impressed at how quick Vodacom was to come up with moving my fibre. It was apparently "activated" on Saturday, but I still have no fibre, and it's now a wednesday. I called the *** line to find out that someone has cancelled my "relocation" and now I sit without internet... No one can tell me how they are going to fix this... But ai bet I will still get billed for it this month and a full month too. Pathetic.

Good service all round!
I recently bought a Ford Mustang from this dealership. Jan was a top notch guy to deal with and was instrumental in putting me into a car of my dreams. He has also been great in assisting with post sale items as we are in the process of replacing the rear light of the car as it has a fault. Definitely recommend and will definitely buy again from Jan!

Don't use vodacom for fibre. Useless!
Ordered fibre over 2 weeks ago. Installation done on the 24th... Still no internet despite having to send photos and videos and having to follow up myself when told that I will get feedback. Escalations do nothing and management is clearly on the beach. SR***

Harold at Netflorist supports theft and adores abusing the Consumer Protection Act
I placed an order for Red Tulips. To my dismay, Netflorist sent completely different flowers. When I complain, I am told that they don't have stock and thay are having challenges with supplies... Not one human bothered to call me and tell me that there is an issue and Netflorist thinks it is perfectly fine that they can make decisions on my behalf. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this and now they want to offer a credit so I can buy something else from them... This is theft and false adverti*****t and abuse of my rights in the Consumer Protection Act.

Stage Zero

Stage Zero are the new ******* on the block.
I put in a request to cancel my account on the 14th June. By the 23rd, nothing had been done and after speaking to the call centre chump, it was being escalated. It's the 3rd of July, they have taken my money and still no contact from them. Will be opening a case of theft against them.

Up to 30 days to cancel a contract!
It is total nonsense that it takes up to 30 days to cancel a contract. I cancelled my contract on the 17th July. I got invoiced the full amount at the end of the month. I have just got off the phone with the call centre to find out my contract is still active and it could take up to 30 days to cancel, which I will then be liable for the half month as well. That is theft telkom. As pure as it can be<br> be. If it is so easy to setup a contract and activate immediately, then cancellation is just as simple. I am.Not impressed. I am mad enough that I have to pay the full amount this month, if you bill me at the end of August. There will be he'll to pay and I will be opening a case of theft against Telkom.
