ROMANO you are a STAR

Romano is getting ALL 5 STARS We had trouble with system not working for a few days and after a few calls to the call centre and technicians to be send out to us ....ROMANO SAVED THE DAY !!! He can get an increase and part of the technicians pay. He guided me (super friendly and patiently) through a lot of buttons and lights flickering till we finally saw the LIGHT. MC Clappen vs Stage Zero

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the settlement amount proposed following the termination of my two-year contract. Frankly, I do not believe the depreciation of the unit after two years of use has been fairly considered. Brand new 700W inverters identical to yours are currently available on the market for R5,900. Furthermore, your accounts department has added additional charges for late payments, which I consider a complete rip-off. In my entire experience, I have never encountered a company or supplier that contacts me to demand outstanding funds in this manner. I urge you to review this credit and address the issues with your accounts department and management accordingly. Please be assured that if I am asked to rate Stage Zero for future references, it will be no higher than 2 out of 10.

Broken promises and Zero backup – Avoid Stage Zero, their name says it all ZERO

I am writing this to warn others about the abysmal service (or lack thereof) from Stage Zero. My solar system was partially installed on 9 February. Because they lacked battery stock, the system was left incomplete. On 17 February, they emailed to confirm batteries were in stock. We are now at 7 March, and despite my constant follow-ups, the installation remains unfinished. While Stage Zero has confirmed they won't start billing until the installation is complete, that is cold comfort when I am still sitting in the dark during load shedding/outages. I didn’t sign up for a rental to have a decorative inverter on my wall; I signed up for energy security, which they have failed to provide for nearly a month. The internal communication at this company is non-existent: • Consultants have no idea what is happening. • Managers provide no answers or timelines. • They have the stock, yet they refuse to finish the job. If this is how they treat a new customer during the installation phase, I hate to think what their maintenance or repair service is like. I strongly recommend going with a provider that actually values your time and follows through on their word. Stage Zero: Stop the excuses and start taking accountability

Excellent technician

Thank you for sending the technician named Lucky out, i am EXTREMELY impressed with the service he gave us, and how he explained everything! And his knowledge of the system and problems,he knows what he is doing!! I am less impressed with the remote service received as it took 2 weeks of begging and pleading and numerous reports and hours of call to actually get them to send someone out to assist, to find out there was actually a problem.

Useless

I cancelled their service last year, I have been waiting for them to collect their stupid ups since then, yet i get harassed by them almost daily that my subsrciption is unpaid. No its not, you havent collected your ups or cancelled the subscription, which I did on your website as instructed. Everytime I respond to your emails I get a reposne that you are looking into it. Stop looking, its right there, its been cancelled, collect your *******. STOP HARASSING ME.

Shackled to bad service

So update this review, 1 few days short of 2 months and still not sorted out. Stage Zero sent out a technician who said the same thing as the contractor who installed the system that there is something wrong with the 4th battery and needs replaced and still nothing from the warehouse. I cant imagine the warehouse being out of batteries. ********** service, spent R15 000+ to upgrade and move the system and this is the service I get? If it wasnt for that R20k decommissioning fee, I would have cancelled my service with you. Im requesting a refund for the difference between what Ive paid for and what Im receiving. Do not recommend at al!!! Their support is terrible. When I first signed up last year it took them over a month to come through so connect the unit up properly after the initial installation (during the time my wife was giving birth so was extremely stressful for us). I had the system upgraded but theres a problem with 1 of the batteries and its been over a month since I logged the call. I've followed up numerous times with no success. With the decommissioning fee of R20k+ I feel held hostage to this terrible service and really do not recommend!
