My water went off due to a technical error with the water meter
My water went off due to a technical error with the water meter. I noted the error with Ideal who tried to get in contact with the OEM, but they never rep****. Linda, one of the Ideal staff members ran with my query and went above and beyond to assist. He managed to arrange a Ideal Technician who was able to assist and rectify the error. I would also commend him for following up so diligently to get my issue resolved. Thank you Linda & The Ideal Team. #Trendsetters

Huge shoutout to Mongezi Mbomvu at Ideal Prepaid! I was facing a major issue with a replaced meter keypad and a stuck voucher after a hard day at work. Mongezi was professional, fast, and very empathetic to my situation. He fixed the problem in minutes. It’s rare to find such efficient and kind customer service these days. Highly recommended!
