eBucks business, what are you guys doing? I have 6 debit orders (7 in fact if you include the credit card debit order popping up when I view my debit orders), yet i don't get my level for that. How hard can it be? I tried calling the call center, nobody home... Also, I am using a business credit card, but for some reason never getting double ebucks. The only reason I am still using FNB, is because of eBucks, because gosh I have had so many issues with FNB as well. So if I lose my eBucks, you are definitely losing a customer. Fix your systems!!!!!!!
always unreachable and don't respond to "call me back" requests. same old same old
You can't go with their hosting services. Perfect for anyone big or small and so simple to get started with emails all the way to hosting your own websites! Their pricing and service outgun most other providers out there in my opinion!
FNB - "Bank of the changables" - Biggest joke ever "do everything online / on the app" - oh please So I had a verified device, and for some reason I went insane and thought I would upgrade to a new device. Should be easy right? RIGHT??? I try the in-app method, no luck. I try calling, no luck. I try going to a branch, no luck. Call-center agents are unable to assist me, because they can't verify my identity after asking the world's most ludicrous questions I have ever heard in my life. I had to go re-think my life after those questions because apparently i don't know myself... I wish FNB would stop "bragging" that they have the best online offering, which is such nonsense. I have said it before, and I will say it again. If it wasn't for ebucks, I would close my account, but I'm guessing that is also an impossible task given FNB's track-record
I have lodged a query last year November already. An FNB error, cost me R700 in ebucks, and now I am certain they are refusing my quarterly bonus as well because of that SAME FNB ERROR. Still no resolution months after the fact. And the only way to get any sort of feedback from FNB, is through Hello Peter, and even then nothing gets resolved. With other banks offering amazing customer service, I am sad FNB is not doing anything about their bad service....
Just wanted to share some love. Loving the new app and the features! I know they have changed a long time ago, but the 'new' black cards also looking really ***y. I'm interested in seeing the developments in the Merchantile acquisition as well as the home loan changes - but markets interest me. I must admit though, the FNB business eBucks is the only reason I don't have a merchantile account - maybe something to consider going forward.
