Its been 2 months and to date my money had been taken however I still have not received my online voucher that I have bought. I have spoken to your chat line a few times and was assured I would be called but I get nothing. I'm sent in circles and im getting irritated. I want to use the voucher and when I actually have time to do my personal admin, I am not able to due to inefficiencies. Please contact me and give me what you guys have taken my money for
Happy with the negotiated premiums as I was about to leave. Thabani was great. Just not happy with the fact that it had to go to the point of me leaving to get a good premium but otherwise very happy with miway and glad I was retained

Tshepiso has been amazing, my premiums have dropped which is great, i dont mind dealing with Tshepiso on a regular basis she has been amazing and helpful and extremely friendly and made the effort to ensure she finds mu new day time parking address whicj was a struggle to find. I am disgusted at the run around and lack of feedback and service from defy. It's been a month now for 1 flipping part for a washing machine. I have called literally almost every single day for the past month complaining and asking for feedback and always get told someone will contact me. I sit and wait for feedback from a manager to call me and it looks like people at defy get paid to do nothing. I spoke to a Manager called Jan and gave my job number and he took my details and said he will call me back and absolutely nothing has happened. I have a place which is partially furnished and is being rented out and my tenants are not happy and do not have a washing machine, it's extremely frustrating to get a simple answer of when a small part will be delivered. Is your strategy to frustrate the client as much as they possibly can and to beg and plead to get service??? Get your **** together please and fix my dam washing machine, you are costing me time and money and I will not stand for this! Get someone to contact me who is actually competant and actually doesn't expect to get paid to do buggar all PLEASE! I HAVE BEEN PATIENT LONG ENOUGH!
excellent service and premiums offered, i am saving a lot of money on my premiums and have all my vehicles insured with them
They are the worst, i have paid for a new couch at the clubview branch in November already and i still do not have my couch, i keep being given the run around and promised to be called back but i get no calls, i constantly call and get told the same thing over and over that they will check with the factory. Pathetic service and i dont even know if i will ever get my couch or my money back.
I have bought nutritech mass gainers and amino boost only to find it is expired when I started using it last week and I only noticed this when my trainer pointed it out as I was complaining about stomach issues. This is absolutely pathetic! You would expect things sold that are not expired... I am absolutely disappointed!
