Bought a car ar Eastvaal Motor City from Megan after a few days we noticed the bluetooth is not working reported it and requested it to be fixed Never EVER. Has she give feedback i had to call or WhatsApp every time and the i get excuses Jaco the second hand sales manager got involved some story i never hear from them i have to whatsapp every excuse i get i went into eastvaal again spoke to Jaco PROMISES PROMISES PROMISES. Not one word from them it is 6 months later now!!! Very very very bad service and the attitude

After months of searching for the right vehicle, facing many obstacles, and struggling to find the right finance deal for our family, we honestly became despondent. Then one Facebook enquiry to East Vaal Motors changed everything. That same evening, Sello called me and introduced himself as, “Sello… the man who is going to take your money.” 😄 What followed was exceptional service from a genuinely humble, respectful, patient, and caring person. Even while preparing for his wedding, he kept checking in and supporting us throughout the process. Leandri worked incredibly hard to secure us the best finance deal we received, and we are truly grateful for her dedication. To top it off, Sello drove over 100km while on leave to personally deliver our vehicle. East Vaal Motors, Sello, and Leandri — thank you for making this journey possible for our family. You guys are awesome!

She phoned me immediately after I lodged a query on Autotrader on a Sunday and by Wednesday, the vehicle was delivered to my door safe and sound. Never had a struggle with communication, always available, always respectful. Well done Olga!
