Bought a car ar Eastvaal Motor City from Megan after a few days we noticed the bluetooth is not working reported it and requested it to be fixed Never EVER. Has she give feedback i had to call or WhatsApp every time and the i get excuses Jaco the second hand sales manager got involved some story i never hear from them i have to whatsapp every excuse i get i went into eastvaal again spoke to Jaco PROMISES PROMISES PROMISES. Not one word from them it is 6 months later now!!! Very very very bad service and the attitude
The worst by FAR Almost 2weeks waiting for installation Today it gets installed something is wrong someone else Zweli he tested drive away said he needs fixing at some pole ! Came back said it is fixed other guy needs to activate just to hear that it is not fixed and they are not working on weekends Lier!!!

Teljoy has no managers or supervisors Fortune from collections and simphiwe from customer care is so rude and arrogant I need to speak to a supervisor or Manager ASAP they are taking my money double !!! I pay using eft always now they take debit order also
Trying to get hold of the cancellations department is a no go no one is answering the phone was on half now for 30min and phone again and again no answer
Discovery could you please do something about DSV that is suppose to deliver our cards They are extremely rude and just say they don’t have drivers they will deliver like in weeks time or so on when asked to speak to manager they give you attitude put you on hold and no one answers
DSV COURIERS WITBANK is the most *********** people i had to deal with in my life i am waiting for my Bank Card and they just keep on saying they do not have drivers in witbank like it is my problem i want my delivery to be done asap
