Good day. I was supposed to have my credit card delivered almost a month ago and to this day nothing has happened . I told the lady at DSV that if they cant deliver to my address they can deliver at the branch in town and i'll collect it there. Then there was an issue with the delivery as there was no route coming to my town and then they said that they found one and till this day nothing has been delivered , no communication from ABSA or DSV. Please help to resolve this ASAP

I have been calling dsv to arrange for my card delivery from 11th of my with bo luck i even went to the bank on saturday the 16th and still did not get my card because it is with dsv.i had arranged with then at first but they ended up sending am sms that they can not get hold of me of which it was a lie. You call them and have to wait for a consultant for over 45 min and they end up hanging up your phone. The question i have for them is that are they still going to deliver my card or i should go to standard babk to close my account ?

Absolutely shocking service, they called me twice at the same time on two different days, never tried at any other time, never left message, or tried to contact me via whats app, message or email. Discovery Bank please change your courier service. Its taken over a week to get my card and Investec delivered in 2 days. Eventually after finding their contact details they were not even apologetic, apalling service when there are so many better couriers out there.

Extremely Disappointing Service I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received. My delivery was scheduled for 6 May 2026, which is now more than a week ago, and I am still waiting. What is even more unacceptable is the complete lack of communication. No one has been able to provide me with any feedback on where my delivery is, what the delay is, or when I can expect to receive it. Every attempt to get answers has been unsuccessful. This level of service is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Customers should not have to chase basic information about their own orders. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I am appalled by the abysmal service from DSV. I have been forced to wait an entirely unacceptable 4 weeks just to receive my debit card. Today, I received an official notification stating delivery would happen between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I structured my entire day around this, only to be left waiting until 17:00 PM with absolutely zero communication, no phone call from the driver, and no feedback. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to hold a customer's time hostage for 9 hours without the courtesy of an update, especially for an essential item like a bank card. Extremely poor operations and zero accountability

My experience with DSV Road has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. Since my delivery was scheduled, DSV Road has called me multiple times just to confirm my address — on 24 April, 30 April, and 08 May — and every single time they promised the parcel would be delivered soon. Despite confirming the same address repeatedly, the delivery never happens. On 11 May, I phoned again to follow up, and a consultant named Patrick assured me that my device would definitely be delivered on 12 May 2026. Once again, no delivery, no communication, and no explanation. This shows a serious lack of coordination and efficiency. Why keep calling customers to confirm details if nothing is done afterwards? It feels like empty promises with no real action. What makes this worse is that customers have responsibilities, work schedules, and commitments. We cannot keep waiting indefinitely while being told “delivery will happen soon.” Time is valuable, and this level of service shows zero respect for customers’ time. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and unprofessional courier experience. I expected reliability and proper communication, but instead received delays, repeated calls, and no delivery.

They were supposed to deliver my card since March, the first and second time they did call, but the phone ring once and they cut the call, tried calling them back phone not going through, received sms that I must email them to arrange delivery, sent more than 6 emails since March with response, really don't know how to get hold of them to deliver my bank card
