My name is Willem eksteen 0789865712 I never EXSPERINCE this treatment at any bank I were send up and down every single day For 6 days now for loan application and credit card Just for fica department to upload my id document manually they said they can do it if I had other products with discovery Which I had But to get this done you need to call in every hour and they will just said they wil escalate it If I do it over the app it will be there for 10 minutes then off again Please help here To get a bank account this is to much and stress never

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my ***** investigation cases, reference numbers 28567361 and 28893850. The initial ***** case (28567361) was opened on 24 April after *****ulent activity occurred involving a Capitec account. At the time, I was informed that Capitec had been contacted immediately and that the *****ster’s account had been frozen. A police case was also opened, and all required documents were submitted to Discovery. Despite following up almost daily, I only received feedback on 18 May stating that Capitec allegedly advised that the funds had already been utilized. This response raised serious concerns because I had repeatedly been assured that the account was frozen immediately after the ***** was reported. I then questioned the investigating officer on how the funds could have been utilized if the account had supposedly been frozen immediately. Following this, the matter was reopened under case number 28893850 on 18 May. Since then, I have continued calling daily and have repeatedly been told that Discovery is still requesting statements from Capitec. I am extremely frustrated, I believe this matter has not been handled fairly or with the seriousness expected from Discovery Bank.

banking with discovery for just over 4 years last night I transferred 400 from my vitality savings to my transaction account to with draw when I tried at the ATM it said insufficient funds. I had to move another 400 to withdraw again, I don't understand where the 1st 400 went to cause the statements show jack ****, discovery please stop taking peoples hard earned money, I want answers on the money and a refund cause **** its becoming frustrating.

I purchased electricity at 8.30 tonight(25/05) the transaction took a bit long. Then it showed pending..... i tried calling the in app line where i am still holding going on 10 mins now. No one answers..... even on whatsapp.... keep in mind my electricity is about to die.... and nothing from diacovery. How can you fix this as i am sure by tomorrow morning my power will be off. And still pending.
