Fica uploading take 7 days

My name is Willem eksteen 0789865712 I never EXSPERINCE this treatment at any bank I were send up and down every single day For 6 days now for loan application and credit card Just for fica department to upload my id document manually they said they can do it if I had other products with discovery Which I had

But to get this done you need to call in every hour and they will just said they wil escalate it If I do it over the app it will be there for 10 minutes then off again

Please help here To get a bank account this is to much and stress never
