My name is Willem eksteen i apply for a loan over app with agent who help me with the application on 15May 2026 On Saturday 16May I chat with agent morning time who told me on the app chat that the application is out of validations at credit Around 12 o'clock same day I chat again got the same agent of the morning she then told me that application is in que for payouts and I can expect payment during the day I also informed them that my kid in other province who is at the university is dependent on me to send her money still they said I will receive the funds So I had emergency and nothing happened at time I had an offer with African Bank and it was almost 1 o'clock so I depend on the information I got from the agent and wait only to find Banks are close and I sat with nothing Can You please goes through my chats of Saturday and tell me is that is fair or right for agents to give me such information I am very disappointed in FNB and still today no feedback My kid was suffering a whole weekend in Other province because of this Please if you are parent put yourself in my shoes feels I can die on this situation Why provide me false information and you are working under the FIAS act

I did buy a 1 voucher on the fnb app Sunday and still did not receive it What is the use of using fnb app to buy something They says now I must wait 5 days to receive the voucher Really bad services
I call fnb from last week just for paid up letter for my temporary loan for the mouth of June and july They transfer me up and down seems they don't know what they are doing
I will write here every day I still waiting for fnb to update my profile from May 2024 Every time they send email it wil take 20days but this never happened Even when I apply for offer of them for temporary loan That old temporary loan shows under their commitments So FNB temporary loan department don't know what they are doing Please please please please FNB do your job
Fnb can you please remove the temp loan account from experian credit itc R7024 which I paid in full 2 months ago You send me emails on 9July 2024 says it will take 15 days to be updated You make my life difficult hell I can't buy my house because of this I ask you please assists me Please please please please I phone in every day no one of your consultants can help me they transfer me from 1 department to another Please please
Fnb make my life hell I am still waiting from beginning of June 2024 for them to update my credit profile with experian it still shows a temp loan that paid in full 27 May 2024 I send emails to fnb I send my credit report to fnb I call in every day no success They just don't care I must hired now a company to do it for me which I have to pay from my pocket
Today I had no other way but to use hello peter I had temporary loan which I paid on the 27 May 2024 I paid in full From that day I call fnb send emails use their secure chat just to get my credit profile update with experian No one can help I had to hire now a company to do it for me This is not fair I had to pay that company now
