I purchased electricity at 8.30 tonight(25/05) the transaction took a bit long. Then it showed pending..... i tried calling the in app line where i am still holding going on 10 mins now. No one answers..... even on whatsapp.... keep in mind my electricity is about to die.... and nothing from diacovery. How can you fix this as i am sure by tomorrow morning my power will be off. And still pending.
You have to go through 100 different calls to get to a agent. Wifi is not working. Then they hang up with out helping you
This place simply do not take calls from 12;30 onwards - like i have just called 14 times and still no answer - Friday same story - they simply dont care about customer service.
I ordered some trial lenses with my glasses I did with them - i am still waiting on the trial lenses - this has now been 2 months
its now been 13 days - of getting my tag linked to get the discount for the Carnival city toll gate , this office is so helpful when you are there - but on email - they let you do everything over and over again - Princey is the person who assist me - and i am still not sure after 13 days if this is sorted - I just wanted to link my tag - which also just stopped working - to be linked so i can get my discount as i use this gate 40 times or more - i still have no clue if this is sorted, Not the best after service - we are paying customers - and Sanrol is not a goverment placed - customer services is not alot to ask
The new app - with the booking system - is stupid!!!! I cannot cancel when i see i wont make - then I get panelized for not cancelling - we don't know when things wont be in time !!!

I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BP GARAGE THERE CLOSE TO CINDERELLA - BOKSBURG - GIFT WAS SO RUDE AND DID NOT ASSIST ME AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GIVEN - TO MAKE THINGS WORST KHE KEPT FIGHTING WITH ME AS IF I WAS WRONG FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT NO SERVICE - ONLY AFTER I RAISED MY VOICE - HE APOLIGIED AND SAID HE WAS WRONG - THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CARRY THE GARAGE THEY WORK AT WITH RESPECT AND CUSTOMER CARE WAS NOT GIVEN
THEY LET PEOPLE STILL TAKE MONEY - AFTER DEBIT ORDER AND CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED THIS IS WORNG
ITs discus ting how they take more then 1 installment in 1 month - why do we then sign for 1 installment when they clearly don follow the law
