TymeBank ***** dispute
I’ve noticed unauthorised transactions in my TymeBank account and reported them, but TymeBank never gave me feedback—no acceptance, no decline, no investigation update, not even an email asking for more details. I never got a card for that account; withdrawals normally require my biometrics and facial authentication, so how did someone move money without the card or my approval? I had to call them myself to ask what happened, and it felt like they didn’t care. I keep telling them to investigate how their system was breached—I want to understand how my details and app access were compromised, and I believe I’m owed a refund since the withdrawal wasn’t authorised. It looks like neglect, and I’m not alone; I’ve seen other customers treated the same way.

I wouldn't advice anyone to save or use this bank for their business. Unless they stay near police station. Any chance they get they block your account. I don't know how many times i have submitted affidavits for my account 51111112885, they block without even calling to enquire. You can do better please

Refund my money for replacement card expired
I am not happy with Go Tyme bank. I recieved sms to replace my atm card its expired I went to kiosk boxer in Bosman street station square Pretoria. R100 Was deducted immediately I was told it will be refunded. I'm still waiting even now
