Waited more than 30 minutes on a call and could not be assisted.
After being transfered to different departments within Capitec i was still not assisted. I called Capitec bank to ask a few questions about my credit card and waited for more than 30 minutes on a call, and when i got through to someone the person would put me on hold and leave me for a long time holding and when she comes she still comes back with insufficient information and make me hold again up until my battry ran out.

Non delivery of sneaker, does not want to refund me back, does not respond to whatsapp messages or phone calls
On the 6th May 2021 I purchased sneakers from Cava Sneakers, since today I have not received anything, I even asked for my refund but nothing they don't want to pay me back, even on whatsapp they take long to respond and no one answers when you call. Is there anyone who can assist us with these people who are clearly scamming us, can we open a case against them or can we report them somewhere. this is not how you do business.

Sucks!!!!
<p>On the 11th of January I ordered and paid for a jacket at Runaway Sale, then waited for them to deliver it while I was monitoring the status of my product. I then started to panic beacuse my product was not being delivered I then called them and they were going back and forth telling me they will call me back after they checked their warehouse and then they keep quiet until I call back again. Only on the 20th of February they decide to call back and tell me my product got lost with the courier guy and that they have reversed my money and depending on my bank, it may take up to 10 days for the money to reflect on my account.</p>
