Excellent service
I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from the team. My query was tended to promptly and to my satisfaction. The quality of the products were excellent. Delivery was quick and sooner than expected. I'll definitely shop at Runway again.

Terrible service and they lie
Very disappointed their service and lies.I locked a return and chose 24 for them to collect .On the 24th I receive a message that the parcel was not collected due to parcel not ready which was a big fat lie.they don't respond to emails and they also dnt answer calls and I'm sitting here stuck with two pairs of big shoes.im definitely not gonna buy from them again but I want my refund and they must take their parcel.very frustrated

Order not delivered

Carla best agent
I was send the wrong colour top 3 times and the agent namely Carla assisted me with the returns. She went out of het way and tried her utmost to get the right colour to me. Due to her efforts i will definitely order in future again from this company Thanks carla 10 stars for you

Swift process
Unfortunately my order was found to be damaged during routine checks, however the response and cancellation process was very swift. At the end of the day I'd rather have the refund than to receive damaged goods.

Horrible Customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service I received from Runway. The call center consultants are consistently rude, unhelpful, and show no willingness to assist clients. In particular, I had an unpleasant interaction with a consultant named Roxanne, whose attitude was completely unacceptable. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and made no effort to resolve my issue. Frankly, she lacks the basic customer service skills required for her role and should not be in a position that involves dealing with clients. This experience has left a very negative impression of your company
