myRunwaySale delivery times are 1-5 days, I placed an order on the 30 April 2026 app and website said "payment received" even on Monday when I checked it still said "payment received" Had I not called about my order I wouldnt have received it at all, I would have still been thinking that its coming. On 5 May 2026 I called to ask when will I get my delivery and they confirmed that I would get it in a day or two which is great news. I get home and my pacakage is waiting for me to be opened. myRunwaySale packed an incorrect order and I mentioned to the lady I spoke to that I needed those items for an event that I have for the weekend and now I am stressed out as to what to do and this is not the first time they have done this. I am really frustrated and tottaly annoyed - I wont be recommending myRunwaysSale to anyone anymore nor use it myself. Disappointed !!

Stay away from the runway!!!! I returned my parcels to run on the 02 of April 2026. It is the 4th May 2026, and my return is still not processed, and I am still not refunded. Despite reporting this to Runway several times, they claim they are not involved; it is between the courier company and me. This is their own courier available on their return options.

Was recently charged a collection fee for an incorrect item that was delivered. I expressed my dissatisfaction in this regard to MyRunwaysale squad, as I felt its unfair to be charged for the return when the fault was on their end for delivering something I did not order. Low and behold the issue was resolved swiftly with no hustles. My account was credited back full amount of item returned. Thanks to Roxanne for your Rockstar assistance and prompt responses,im greateful. Thank you MyRunwaysale, you guys Rock..

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from the team. My query was tended to promptly and to my satisfaction. The quality of the products were excellent. Delivery was quick and sooner than expected. I'll definitely shop at Runway again.

Very disappointed their service and lies.I locked a return and chose 24 for them to collect .On the 24th I receive a message that the parcel was not collected due to parcel not ready which was a big fat lie.they don't respond to emails and they also dnt answer calls and I'm sitting here stuck with two pairs of big shoes.im definitely not gonna buy from them again but I want my refund and they must take their parcel.very frustrated
