myRunwaySale, wrong order delivered and delayed delivery!!!!!!
myRunwaySale delivery times are 1-5 days, I placed an order on the 30 April 2026 app and website said "payment received" even on Monday when I checked it still said "payment received" Had I not called about my order I wouldnt have received it at all, I would have still been thinking that its coming. On 5 May 2026 I called to ask when will I get my delivery and they confirmed that I would get it in a day or two which is great news. I get home and my pacakage is waiting for me to be opened. myRunwaySale packed an incorrect order and I mentioned to the lady I spoke to that I needed those items for an event that I have for the weekend and now I am stressed out as to what to do and this is not the first time they have done this. I am really frustrated and tottaly annoyed - I wont be recommending myRunwaysSale to anyone anymore nor use it myself. Disappointed !!

I ordered on myrunway sale and delivery was supposed to have been received 10days ago but they are not communicating with me they not even responding to my emails or calls.

Delivery not received and no communication from them
MyrunwaySale promised a 1-5day delivery and its been more than 10days and Im still waiting for my delivery. I have tried calling them and I emailed them but no response from them at all. I asked for a full refund instead but they still not communicating with me. I am very disappointed by their service.
