ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I didn't even choose Dawn Wing Shein did. And now I know why people should check which courier their orders are assigned to before purchasing. My parcel was supposed to arrive by 18:30. I waited the ENTIRE day. No delivery. No call. No message. The driver MUDUMELA TALELANI (Vehicle FTR452L) could not even pick up a phone. Waybill AC00...... just disappeared.This is not a courier company. This is a company that takes money, does nothing, and leaves customers stranded with zero communication. To anyone ordering online, check if Dawn Wing is the assigned courier. If it is, think twice. There are far better options out there that actually do what they are paid to do.Dawn Wing you are an embarrassment to the logistics industry. Sort yourselves out.

Worst service I have ever gotten. These people are just plain terrible for lack of a better word. Waybill Number: AH1015174 Courier Number: CDM132110527. I have been waiting for 9 days for my delivery. These people keep going to the incorrect address. The drivers do not call you when they are coming to confirm the address itself .. delivery was escalated by the warehouse sending them to deliver CEY-962-53784 . But still nothing.. I know they do not care about HelloPeter reviews and they will not respond. I am just writting this to warn whoever wants to use them that DO NOT! The post office can do a better job than them

Dawn wing must decide if they want to offer their courier services or not. I have been getting messages since last week that my order will be delivered , until today and every time I call them, they tell me the courier person is the way to me. I am disgusted by poor service and because I can not really fight with #Shein since they have delivered the items to their trusted courier service company, but Shein must stop using this company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received regarding my parcel (Tracking ID: AC0001009802). The parcel was marked “Out for delivery” on 31 March 2026 in Cape Town, but the delivery failed with no proper explanation. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue: The first consultant (Gulugh) confirmed my address and advised that my phone number was incorrect on their system. I provided the correct number, and she confirmed it was updated. She also stated that the driver would contact me directly to arrange delivery and that my address would be corrected. No call was ever received. No follow-up. No delivery. I then called again and spoke to another consultant (Enistina), who dropped the call while I was speaking — completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience highlights serious issues: Failed delivery with no communication Incorrect customer details on their system No follow-through on promises made Extremely poor call centre service At this point, I have made myself available for delivery, yet your service has failed repeatedly. I expect: Immediate resolution and delivery Confirmation that my contact details are correctly updated Proper accountability for the poor service This level of service is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered and paid for a laptop through makro that was supposed to be delivered today. DPD laser said the tracking number isn't on their system and makro must sort it out. I confirmed with the 3rd party seller that DPD laser did indeed collect the laptop on the 13th of March and that the OD number + tracking ID was correct. How does this even happen?! Beyond frustrated.
