Terrible , worst service I have ever received from a courier company. Terrible is an understatement. These guys have been going to the wrong address for a few days now. I have been without connection for over a week because of their incompetence. Waybill Number: AH1015174 Courier Number: CDM132110527 .. Driver do not even call before the delivery , they just rock up at the wrong address and leave without contacting you. TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM

I have been waiting for 9 days for my delivery. These people keep going to the incorrect address. The drivers do not call you when they are coming to confirm the address itself .. delivery was escalated by the warehouse sending them to deliver CEY-962-53784 . But still nothing.. I know they do not care about HelloPeter reviews and they will not respond. I am just writting this to warn whoever wants to use them that DO NOT! The post office can do a better job than them
Worst service ever: Escalation reference EMS 371877 case #219631 order number is 2772509. I requested an order on the 02/03/2025. To date I have no feedback & not installation , I called the customer number which no one can help you there, instead I was told the guys said they came to my house and I do not have connection. I stay in a complex inside an estate , it is impossible to get to my house without me knowing. The lady made an escallation which only gave me an automated email. I called 3 days later to follow up still no help. now I am trying to cancel the order I am being sent pillar to post. I work from home and I have lost out of 6 days worth of work due to this . these guys do not care. I know they will not reply to this but I am doing is to warn whoever is considering them
I haven’t had service and I’m approaching my second week with no assistance , no feedback I even tried following up on my connection matter but still no answer. Even tried canceling this account with no luck . Bad service man , just pure bad service !
Worst service ever!!! These people will bull**** you all day long. It’s been 5 days and still no connection I get the same bull **** answer everyday but no one is Helping me. I have a new born baby but I have to go to the office everyday and expose myself to a covid19 hotspot because Seacom won’t activate my line. I spoke to Sello, Nigel, James, Sam & Shianna all these people didn’t help me or give me feedback . They give me a run around everytime I call in. Different people, same story
