Dawn wing must decide if they want to offer their courier services or not. I have been getting messages since last week that my order will be delivered , until today and every time I call them, they tell me the courier person is the way to me. I am disgusted by poor service and because I can not really fight with #Shein since they have delivered the items to their trusted courier service company, but Shein must stop using this company.
Dear Mtn So it has come to my understanding that you have handed me over to legal department yet I have tried to communicate with you regarding debit to cash payment switch. I just spoke to one consultant from Legal department Shirley, who refused to offer me a longer period to finish my debt, I am shocked because had MTN adhered to my request , I would not be at the legal department and owing them what they say I owe. Kindly fix this , it is not me who got myself where I am right now.
I have been trying to close one of my contract accounts with MTN to no luck. Last Month i made a payment of R1834. 00 on my account and was told im only left with R1300 (settlement) to finish off the contract, today , hoping to pay if off, a consultant tells me its not R1300 its R2800 because its an early cancellation. Can MTN make a decision already? to top it, I have been changed from paying via debit to cash , I am not sure why . So I am dealing with missed payments, that mess up my credit score
A delivery by DSV was returned because my fingerprints didn't match and worse part the driver refused to do it manually. Do you guys realise the urgency of our parcel or what matters is us having accounts with Mtn? I'm so irritated because I can no longer have that handset as I'm travelling and I made sure I explain this to the driver. Mtn asked to provide my ID and proof of res, which I did but it is me struggling. I tried calling the not so professional call center of Mtn and consultants always say they are putting me through , which I have to explain myself to each and every consultant and still to no help
I'm so irritated by how DSV along with Mtn works. I am expecting a delivery from Dsv and when the guy comes , I gave him my copy of ID and proof of res, all of a sudden, the parcel is removed from the system and he can't provide me with my parcel. He refused to perform a manual delivery.
someone please tell Makro to deliver my machine. It is so annoying having to waste my airtime to call them on daily basis and I dont understand why on earth do they exericse an online shopping when they cant maintain it. Ive since placed an order on the 22nd and to this day Im getting no answer at all.
