ZERO STARS. This is not a once-off bad experience. This is how Dawn Wing OPERATES. Poor service is their work ethic. It is built into their culture from management all the way down to the drivers. My parcel (Waybill AC00......) was supposed to be delivered by 18:30. The driver MUDUMELA TALELANI never showed up. Never called. Never communicated. Nothing. Just silence. And here is the worst part: I guarantee that by end of day, a false excuse was logged on their system to clear the delivery off their records. That is what they do. Instead of doing their job, they sit back, do nothing, and then fabricate reasons why the delivery could not happen. Meanwhile the customer is standing at the door waiting like a fool. Drivers are completely comfortable treating customers this way because the company allows it. Nobody is held accountable. Nobody cares. As long as the system shows a log entry, they sleep fine at night. I paid my hard earned money for this. I will not be abused with my own money. To every online shopper in South Africa, if Dawn Wing is assigned to your order, demand a different courier. These people have normalised failure and made it their business model. Dawn Wing you are not a courier company. You are a liability.

My parcel was supposed to arrive by 18:30. I waited the ENTIRE day. No delivery. No call. No message. The driver MUDUMELA TALELANI (Vehicle FTR452L) could not even pick up a phone. Waybill AC00...... just disappeared.This is not a courier company. This is a company that takes money, does nothing, and leaves customers stranded with zero communication. To anyone ordering online, check if Dawn Wing is the assigned courier. If it is, think twice. There are far better options out there that actually do what they are paid to do.Dawn Wing you are an embarrassment to the logistics industry. Sort yourselves out.
I wrote a review to Standard bank few days back for them to address my concerns. It's been days and nothing has been fixed. Not even a simple email to alert me that they're fixing my issue. Not even a reference number from them to show my case is being attended to.
