This is the 3rd time that you are sending my parcel to Durban and I stay in Pretoria. You cancel my order because of a system error in the pricing then you send it to Durban and then yet again to Durban. This will be the last purchase at this store. Horrible Horrible service!!!!!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Once again their staff are trained Lindiwe helped me and explained all the steps to me and we found there is a outage in my area. Told me how it works and time frame and so forth. Very happy and she was super professional and I could see she gave her full attention to our chat. I would recommend them once again to friends and family.

Worst service provider!!!!
I have asked them 4 months in a row to change the banking details to the same details as the other products I have with them. Yet again I had to do another manual payment as this hasn't been done. You email me that if there is no payment the policy will be cancelled. This is the most pathetic service provider ever!!!!!!! Fix my details or I will cancel all my stuff with you!!!!!

I only received 16 tiles ( PVC interlocking) and I paid for 32.... you only delivered 16, when can I get the next 16 ????????? I asked for priority and same day for a reason to finish it before the weekend before my back operation!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is sickening service I'm getting honestly!!!!! the tiles must be here before 5 this afternoon!!!!!!

Awesome and next level!
I've had multiple back operation due to a Dr that messed up ive been in bed for 65 months now and due to the Dr I have thousands and thousands of debt and thanks to debt rescue I have a little breathing room a month, still huge bills but better than it was. They have really helped me in my situation with a fixed amount and I can finally move forward and work on my recovery for once in almost 6 years. They want to assist you and make the road a little easier for you and your family. I would recommend them 10 times out of 10 easily. Thank you Owen Naidoo for your assistance in my questions. You are a rock star and really helped me when I needed it. Debt Rescue is awesome. Service is next Level!!!
