Poor service customer care and manager

Unfriendly and unprofessional service

Bad service from security
Security guard working on satarday day shift is rude and unprofessional, he's always wearing eaphones, he ignorant, but building managers are friendly and polite, maybe suggestion boxes must be implicated for complimants and complains0 replies
