I am very disappointed with this shop, i used to have an account with them now i payed it up and closed it now it's affecting my score they don't want to clear me, I've been to their stores multiple times. So please I need help they must close it and clear my credit cause I don't owe them, Ntswaki Manyaka 😡

Today I went to rage to exchange my shoes which one side was faulty could not fit one side went inside okay .Shoes were not used not even once 3 ladies who were attending the matter agreed on one thing that I pushed it hard so im at fault it’s the way im wearing the shoe hence that happened the shoe could have had a factory fault I did not even ask for refund i was there to exchange the shoe poor service that I have recieved surely the store should have cameras so that you can see the attitude that we get as your customers.The store was in Gugulethu mall that rage there what a awful customers service you deliver to black townships so horrible

They do not sell quality products, especially the shoes. When you complain, they rely on their term of product return I bought ankle boots and one is so uncomfortable, i took it to the shoe repairer & was advised to take it back to the store as it looks like a factory fault. Rage is so unhelpful.!!!!!!

Ballito branch, Very bad service, the lady Xhosa lady from the till has given me attitude. I'm asking her nicely for help she just doesn't want to. Today I came back for shoes still she don't want to help me. So disappointed. Compare to other rage stores I've in

The till saff,namely Sindi and her colleague working at Rage Pinecrest Mall (Pinetown) on the 3/05/2026 around 14:30 were very rude. 1. They refuse to exchange the slippers I had bought on the 27 April 2026 because I had opted to take slippers that were less than the price. They said I need to take earrings. When I explained to them that I don't need earrings and I don't even wear jewellery they blew up at me. I then asked to do a RETURN, so that I get my money back a d then but the item I wanted. They refused. Bearing in mind that it was the last day (7 days return policy) of returning the item. They told me that I can go to another store and exchange it there. I found this behaviour of these 2 employees unacceptable and I hope they learn to treat customers better. Discipline should be taken against employees who work in a customer service sector and yet find a way to treat their customers badly. Rage Pinecrest - Do better as this behaviour was disgusting and disgraceful
