Bad Service - Rage Pinecrest Pinetown

The till saff,namely Sindi and her colleague working at Rage Pinecrest Mall (Pinetown) on the 3/05/2026 around 14:30 were very rude.

1. They refuse to exchange the slippers I had bought on the 27 April 2026 because I had opted to take slippers that were less than the price.

They said I need to take earrings. When I explained to them that I don't need earrings and I don't even wear jewellery they blew up at me.

I then asked to do a RETURN, so that I get my money back a d then but the item I wanted. They refused.

Bearing in mind that it was the last day (7 days return policy) of returning the item.

They told me that I can go to another store and exchange it there.

I found this behaviour of these 2 employees unacceptable and I hope they learn to treat customers better.

Discipline should be taken against employees who work in a customer service sector and yet find a way to treat their customers badly.
