They do not sell quality products, especially the shoes. When you complain, they rely on their term of product return I bought ankle boots and one is so uncomfortable, i took it to the shoe repairer & was advised to take it back to the store as it looks like a factory fault. Rage is so unhelpful.!!!!!!

My family and i usually use this company for bookings whenever we go on a holiday however it has stopped after we have lost R8200 for a Xmas holiday booking at Hartebees, we were not happy about the accommodation and requested booking.com to find us an accommodation that has children activities unlike the ***** place owns by a Nigerian who refuses to speak to us and has changed numbers.... till today we have never received the refund.!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in an accident on the 3rd March & the bumper had to be replaced however the workmanship from Avant Garde Autobody is so dissatisfactory, i have tried to communicate with Miway & the panel beaters with no joy...I dont feel the motto of doing things MI-WAY Im thinking of looking for another insurance company.!!!!!!!!!
Good day My daughter is at UP and was staying at one of the OC Rental accomodation, they do not take residents as their 1st priority ... I had a stressful year as a parent since day 1 my daughter moved to their building for accommodation The allocated my daughter a different room than the one we viewed without even informing us when we collected keys,there was no security door,meter box,other items broken and the carpet ws very dirty,i had to bring somoen the next day to clean the carpet,they are very unreliable i wouldnt allow any parent to let their children to use OC RENTAL.!!!!!!!!!!!
They have quality and good stuff,the only challenge is their delivery services,my orders ALWAYS arrives after working hours The Customer Service staff do not have enough knowledge on ordering procedure
I have logged a lost a devise claim for a Vodacom network for the past two months, they told me that the claim has been rejected without a valid reason, ive been awaiting the complaints department to respond till today Ive requested a written form so i can take this matter further
I had a very bad experience at McDonalds Midrand,Halfway House drive-through collection point. The drinks were not correct,then theyve exchanged it,the worst when we got home one of the burgers were like someone or a rat had a bite):):I took a pic and send it to the Manager & he didnt respond
I bought 2cellphone at Telkom and theyve insured both phones with Finrite Insurance,1phone got stolen and since i logged a claim in December still no response,everytime i call its like im starting afresh. Since Finrite responded that they will followup but no progess...im thinking of taking this matter further... *Very bad service**
