IMAGINE TELLING AN UPSET CLIENT "RELAX GIRL" AND LAUGH AT THE OTHER END OF THE LINE BECAUSE YOU JUST SPAMMED THEM WITH PHONE CALLS 8 PM ON A WEDNESDAY EVENING. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
My husband and I placed an ASAP order at Cycad Pick n Pay shortly before 15:00 on Sunday. After placing the order, we noticed the delivery time was almost two hours later. When we contacted ASAP support, we were told the order had been transferred to Savannah Mall Pick n Pay. We then spent a long time trying to phone the Savannah Mall store, but our calls went unanswered. Eventually a staff member told my husband a manager would call us back, but after waiting more than 40 minutes no one returned the call. We called again and when I finally spoke to a manager, I was placed on loudspeaker while staff members in the background were laughing while I was trying to resolve the issue. This was extremely unprofessional and very demeaning. If this matter cannot be resolved directly, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombuds.
Yet again ****TY service from Rain! Paid the account on Friday, got debited AGAIN on Saturday. Wasted my airtime and stayed on the line for more than 3 hours!!! Consultants keeps dropping the call and doesn't phone back. I am tired of this service. Rain will be hearing from my lawyers and the ombudsman tomorrow, for all the money I wasted on airtime and them "*****ING" a service I PAID FOR. THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!!
PATHETIC SERVICE! I'll be taking you to the ombudsman for the months of WIFI and AIRTIME you OWE ME! 3-4 hours on a line to wait for a consultant to answer - HOW USELESS CAN THIS SERVICE BE! AND APPARENTLY THERE'S NEVER A MANAGER OR SOMEONE HIGHER UP TO SPEAK TO. EVERY SINGLE MONTH FACING THIS PROBLEM! Payment date on the app says the 1ST!!!!!!!! YET MY WIFI GETS SWITCHED OFF EVERY ****ING 25ST. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS *** SERVICE TO ANYONE!!
