banking with discovery for just over 4 years last night I transferred 400 from my vitality savings to my transaction account to with draw when I tried at the ATM it said insufficient funds. I had to move another 400 to withdraw again, I don't understand where the 1st 400 went to cause the statements show jack ****, discovery please stop taking peoples hard earned money, I want answers on the money and a refund cause **** its becoming frustrating.

BLACKLIST ME FOR THE R3000 I DONT GIVE A **** ITS THE ONLY CREDIT IN MY NAME YOUL FIND THE PHONE IN PIECES WHEN IM DONE.

Capfin a bunch of rude ****s all your agents I understand the need to make a monthly arrangement due to paying EFT but non of the ****ing agents or managers note this on my profile why the **** must I be spoken to like a child when I have been deligently paying of the arrears and why the **** don't people update the profile stating this client makes a monthly arrangement so **** all ur rude agents get some training on manners and respect of ****ing blacklist me for ur R800..

Rain is useless together with there delivery partner ccd couriers spoke to a team lead Guaris who said someone will call me in 24 hours which is unacceptable this has been going back and forth for 2 weeks listening to the same story how difficult is it to authorise a new delivery everyone working including management are incompetent🖕, this order is in my wife's name and between ccd couriers and rain we have to phone back and forth I've used over R300 airtime just sitting hold what kind of customer service is this we are new clients and get treated this way if a consultant can phone me please so we can cancel this **** order we will go with conventional fibre. 🖕
Hi i lost my job recently and i hold a gold chequing account, 2 months ago my account was positive due to not having work no moneu has went into this account, now i fucking recieve a shit letter saying i must pay R600 cause my account is negative fuck that shit where the fuck did yourll pull that out from, please get this im not paying for shit cause ive tried numerous times to get assistance and i was put through various call centres cause they couldnt help. Stop fucking eating the peoples money you pieces of shit. Very angry client.
