After joining Metrofibre November2025 up till now could not get near the speed i am paying ,now getting 2,5mb paying for 1000mb.Biggest mistake joining Metrofibre, cant phone them to speak to an agent,holding on till the machine promise to phone back, never happens.logging tickets, several times,only to get it marked solved, but nothing happened, App d9es not work can not even get your account number. Cant even get Metrofibre banking details,These people only want your money in exchange for nothing
I join Metrofibre 3Desember2025 ,after several complains Metrofibre can not provide me with the line speed i am paying for,they send lots of e mails but thats all.I have to pay for a 1gig line speed for more than one month already, i do not even get a quarter of that,and sometimes my internet buffers while watching you tube
