Pathetic. Do not ever use these people. Firstly we have been paying for months for a 200mps dedicated line and only recieving an average of 45mps. Last week was told the modem can't handle the speed. Had to pay R199 for over night courier fees and the modem arrived 4 days later. Now our internet is off because Evotel now has to link the new modem and upgrade the line ( that we've been paying for) so we must just sit without fibre for the next 24 to 72 hours. I have requested they tell me the exact date we upgraded to the 200mps line and they ignore my request. Pathetic Pathetic service. Do NOT use them
Wow wow wow. You guys Aced it. From the second I spoke to Stacey in the sales department at their Jhb branch, I was blown away. Customer service was exceptional, product knowledge outstanding. Even with it being the busiest time of year, we placed our order, made paymentt and the very next day the unit was installed. The installation guys are great. Very professional, neat and careful. What can I say other than THANK You so so much Stacey for your impeccable service and continued follow ups. You have restored our faith in a world lacking true customer service.
I just want to commend Stacey-lee on her amazing customer service. She was so friendly and helpful. I ordered products from AC and was treated with the utmost respect. She was very clued up on the products and I recieved my order without any hiccups. Top class customer service. We need more people like her in the industry
