What a great service, application, connection and delivery all done within 3 days 👌🏽👌🏽
I changed my physical address on the 30th of June 2023 and called the call center to inform them of my move. I spoke to a consultant and she advised that I need to do that on the website. I then registered on the website and made my request on line. Got no call, got no acknowledgement nor plan of action from the said service provider. I called again out of frustration and advised that Im not winning and no one is coming back to me, they advised about the website again. Sent a tweet to them and still no response. My partner decided that he applies for one drom another SP since I needed internet as I work from home. Mweb still bills me for the services I'm not even using from their side, they referred my account to a legal firm which I told them I owe mweb 0 as they never provided me with any services after June I needed with 0. Can they prove that I have been streaming from their services as of the 1st of July 2023 and advise the 1500 they say I'm owing to them what is it for. Someone needs to sort this out
