I am deeply disappointed by the drastic decline in service quality over the past three months. As a customer of over seven years, I have never experienced such poor support. We are currently on day four of an internet outage, right after enduring a two-week period with no Wi-Fi. I have repeatedly contacted your agents, but none have been able to resolve the issue. The disruption and frustration this is causing my family have forced us to make the decision to cancel our service, and it's really disappointing to part ways this like.
