I am still experiencing very uncontrollable internet speeds, I have told the service agent its either my line (herotel did check) or my router (I am still waiting on a technician to check). I made a ticket the 7 May 2026 and I received no further communication

THE WORST!!! Countless calls and false promises to attend to my small issue after TEN DAYS. Had to leave work twice to meet non-existent technicians who didn't have the respect to let me know they would not show up. Zero respect without ANY communication or anyone calling me back. Zero respect for a persons' time and money (spent over R1800 on airtime & data calling them (spoke to over 20 different agents and bots) - and then they STILL had the audacity to take off a full payment after I cancelled after 10 days with no internet in order to go with a better provider (after threatening to do so multiple times) Basically ******* and absolutely awful customer care. DO NOT use this terrible company, there SO many better options out there! (I was connected within hours with another provider - ZERO issues and constant communication in the process)

Jason Voster assisted us with our Wi-Fi as soon as we had any troubles. He assisted us by getting it back up and running. He also advised us on changes that we can make from our side to make certain that we stop running into bottlenecks with our Wi-Fi network. He was an absolute champ and fantastic guy. Would definitely recommend speaking to Jason 100% again. Also, he spoke with total respect to me and respected my wishes, which I wanted, and he just spoke in a very calming voice, didn't get upset when I asked for extras. He assisted me through and through.

Worst ****en experience with Herotel lately in Ladismith, Western Cape. I've been without internet for more then 2 weeks now. I keep on calling them mind you with my airtime because everytime they said they will call me back but that never happens. Im still waiting for them to come out and restore my internet connection. So they expect me to pay for a full month where for more then half the month i didnt even have internet connection.

Our whole residential block's internet went off on Thursday Morning 26/05/21. We informed Herotel, but they did nothing. Friday morning we called again, and they said it would be fixed by 11. 11 came and nothing was fixed. Saturday the whole day we were off. At 16:00 we got a sms that read, "internet problem resolved" but mine was still off. I called probably 30 times. No one seems to want to help. I called the manager, but he doesnt pick up or read his messages. It's now Sunday, going on Monday and still I don't have any internet. This is pathetic. No one wants to help. The so called Manager doesn't answer his phone or try to help. Useless pathetic service by Herotel.

Herotel cable damaged after storms in Worcester. I reboot it. Ref no3879775. They said they wil send a technician yesterday but still no response from them or feedback. Phoned 5 times today all the keep on saying is that they will phone back but no success. My address 8 Hugenoot straat Worcester Wes. 083 283 7420. Please call me back on 069 833 8783!!!!!!!!! What a complete waste of Time. Do not waste your money going with this ISP. their aftersales service is completely useless and ***********. I tried to have my line migrated from 200mbs to a 100mbs Business line. It has been almost 3 months, and nothing has happened apart from, downgrading me to the incorrect package, the kicking the can down the road from the business team and scheduling an installation and not arriving at all without replying to communication from this useless company. I am saddened that hellopeter does not allow negative star reviews!

I am so unhappy with herotel and their service overall however these past couple of days have been so appalling, the miscommunication regarding the WiFi that’s not operating for the past 2 days, they do not communicate when their issues will be looked into and resolved, we are paying for a service that we are not receiving, I tried to call this morning as I have been for days and even run out of airtime cause I have been on the Que to actually speak to someone to be advised any different or any resolution or way forward, you will be losing customers regarding this !!!!
