I am so unhappy with herotel and their service overall however these past couple of days have been so appalling, the miscommunication regarding the WiFi that’s not operating for the past 2 days, they do not communicate when their issues will be looked into and resolved, we are paying for a service that we are not receiving, I tried to call this morning as I have been for days and even run out of airtime cause I have been on the Que to actually speak to someone to be advised any different or any resolution or way forward, you will be losing customers regarding this !!!!
I have never gone to this gym, some people came to my work place and I wanted to sign up However had an issue with the link and eventually decided to let it go and do it some other time and the guy that was helping me was so persistent, he was texting and calling me on WhatsApp until I was just getting annoyed and no longer interested in the service and then after a month I am getting calls stating that I owe the gym Huge amounts and I have been telling the people calling that I have never used these services and I have chaats with this guys being persistent and calling me yet they never want to hear it and I refund to pay debt of over 6k for service I never indulged in and I feel this is very unfair and ******** and very unacceptable
I have made a complaint to hungry lion and went as far as submitting images of the quality of wings I had received and I had been advised of the 48hour period by the customer cause and I kid you not, no one has gotten back to me, what a ridiculous service I have received from such establishment, I am so disappointed
